Pensacola Christmas

We had an amazing Christmas and Christmas Eve...
First we opened stockings and Zoey got books...

I think Zoey got plenty of toys.. and there are still more being mailed from tampa..

Tampa Christmas...

Sooo much to do in such a short amount of time... Zoey and I felt like two pinballs bouncing between family and friends, and while we didn't get to see everyone.. i think we definetely fit as many people as we could into a short amount of time...

Since Zoey and I are off to Tampa for a couple of days.. we wanted to tell you how we prepared...

In sadder news.. this will be the last post of pictures using my old camera, well technically speaking its Gary's camera since I bought it for him as a christmas present 4 years ago.. but since i have been mostly using it.. it became "our" camera.. until today when Gary gave me a christmas present early to take with me to tampa...

Our Week

Crawling has made Zoey into a little mischievous... she loves the computer cables!
I am obsessed with Zoey drinking out of a cup.. but she just can't get the hang of it.. so I am trying to find a cup that will work... needless to say I have EVERY type of cup out there.. and still nothing... oh well I am condemned to wash bottles for the rest of my life!

I finally guilted Gary into hanging Christmas lights, and while I was helping him outside I put Zoey into her bouncer so that she wouldn't hurt her-little-mobile-self and came back inside to see this..

It was worth it! Our house looks amazing.. and is the ONLY house on the block with lights!

And this face makes it all worth it!

Didn't rent a movie for Friday Night.. no problem.. we have Zoey theatre:
Finally a crawling video... She has been crawling for 3 weeks now.

So talented with her crawling...

Recent babbles from Zoey...

Literally minutes after i filmed the crawling video.. she did this..(turn your head)

(she's ok and didn't even cry.. and after i stopped the filming, she pulled up.. of course while i wasn't filming..)give her a week she will be pulling up and walking around the furniture.. ridiculous!

In other news... Gary has been busy with soccer, going to Tallahassee and Mississippi, as well as games during the week. His team is doing pretty great! Their record is 6-4-3, and have won 5 of their last 6 games! Zoey and I will be in Tampa December 19th - 23rd... We want to see as many people as we can so call me if you will be there!

Thanksgiving Weekend Part Two

We bought these for Zoey to eat real food with.. and she loved it! Her first food watermelon...

It was even better once she figured it out...

So we havent been able to shoot a video of Zoey crawling because we have to watch her where ever she goes... but this is her favorite spot to get into due to the computer wires we try to hide there...

But how can you get mad at a face like that... man we are in for it...

Thanksgiving Weekend Part One

We hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving! So far its been great..

Zoey went to the park for the first time.. and LOVED the swings...



Her cousins are in town and the girls had fun playing with each other..



We couldn't figure out why Zoey was crying when she woke up - she NEVER cries when she wakes up.. she always wakes up happy... we figured it out when we came in and saw this...


Zoey is CRAWLING!!! she is on the move.. they always say a baby will crawl when they find something they want... well she found it.. the dog's toy.. of course...

But now she is all over the place and is starting to try to pull up... we are in for it now.. I will try to video it when i get a chance!

It pained me to put this on.. but I felt better when I saw how happy Gary was

The City of Brotherly Love

Over the weekend Gary, Zoey, Grandma, Pop-pop and I headed north to the city of Brotherly Love.. Philly. Gary's cousin was getting married and since many of them still live there we combined the wedding with a family reunion and had a BLAST! It was Zoey's first time seeing many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins from Philly and Boston! We loved seeing everyone and can't wait to see everyone again! Boston next time!

A tired girl on the plane ride home...

Last but not least... it has always been one of my goals to see the north in the fall.. and we caught it just in time! The leaves were sooooooo beautiful.. i couldn't help but get some pics, despite some making fun of by the Boston crew! Pitures do not do it justice.. they were beautiful!





Thanks to Johnny D and Mary for hosting the best wedding we have ever been too.. i can taste the crab claws now... We love you guys!
