Zoeys photo shoot

Our neighbor got an offer to be a part of a photo shoot for Disney on Ice! It was an amazing experience... Zoey was picked to be in all of the photos and video....

... we got a photo from the session, and free tickets to the show!

Good Friday with two of my favs

With school out.. I took my two favorite people to Oops Alley for a little bowling and video games! Man, they love this place!

Daxton's school had an Egg hunt.. so I went with him... He was soo excited for mom to be able to come up school with him! I love seeing what a big boy he has become!

After Zoey's egg hunt, I took advantage for a little one-on-one time with my girl... So I took her for her first pedicure! She was a little nervous at first, but then LOVED it!!

One of my favorite times of the day, is the 30 minutes between the time Zoey gets on the bus and Daxton goes to school. He curls up on the couch, and we snuggle. He now asks to do this everyday.... love it!

Big boy bed

Last weekend, Dax got an upgrade for his bed. He wanted bunk beds. So bunk beds is what he got... suddenly my baby is not a baby....

Zoey got her report card, and to say that I am impressed is a HUGE understatement... she is excelling beyond expectations. She started in a gifted class a weeks ago on wednesdays. She LOVES it! she gets a chance to do some higher level things, and science.... which is what she really loves. So we celebrated! Dax came to celebrate his green light streak!

Dax has a best friend... His name is Trey and they are in the same class at preschool... but this is more than a best friend.. this is a bromance.. they LOVE each other, they always play with each other, and half the conversations about how school was involve Trey! So we had Trey over after school one Friday. They played and had 3-year old conversations that were hilarious! Trying to get Trey to leave was the only problem...
