Zoey had her end of the year "Spring Sing". It was a cute performance. Each class did their own song...

Just like at the beginning of the year, trying to get Daxton to take this picture was a struggle... getting him to tell me what he wants to be when he grows up was a struggle...

At the end of gymnastics this year, each kid got a little certificate...

They LOVE gymnastics... I hope they continue!

I love this time of year, each kid has a little program... and they are always ADORABLE!

After we headed over to "best friend" Trey's house... these two are like to little peas in a pod...

Hints of summer

It's warming up.. finally! We LOVE summer... so daddy took the kids on a ride on the lawn mower!

... and we finally busted out the waterslide...

they played on it for 4 HOURS!!! 4 glorious hours!

It made me sad that I missed it.. and it made me even sadder that this girl is getting too big!

Mother's Day

Mother's day was everything it is supposed to be... 2 celebrations at school.. with WONDERFULLY hand-made presents... I love how my kids see me... :)

Zoeys birthday at school!

For Zoey's ACTUAL birthday, we brought some cupcakes to school!

Thankfully, Zoey's teacher let Dax hangout in the classroom... he LOVED IT!

It was such a FUN birthday! Definitely one of my favorites! 

Zoey you are turning into such a big kid! You are smart and funny, and a spitfire of a personality. You love to tell jokes, and are good at making up your own. You are quick to voice your opinion if you don't like something, and are still stubborn as heck! You are getting better at tolerating your brother, especially since he LOVES to be with you. You love to snuggle at night, and for mommy to scratch your back, but you are DEFINITELY a daddy's girl. You are creative, and love to draw, and create items using your imagination. Your reading is SPECTACULAR! it is amazing to me how well you read, and how much you LOVE to read! We love you Zoey! I can't wait to see the amazing, strong, smart, and brave girl you are going to become!

For Zoey's 6th birthday, she wanted to go bowling! So we invited a bunch of friends to the bowling alley!

We also did her cake at the bowling alley as well!

It was an amazing show and kept both kids entertained for hours!
